Olive Branch Laine Therapy is a growing group practice in Leander, Texas, built around clinically excellent, values-informed care and genuine connection.
We are looking for clinicians who bring both strong clinical skills and genuine warmth: therapists who believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and fully themselves.

We want therapists who care about thoughtful, individualized work and who want to help build something intentional within the growing Leander community.
We are currently accepting interest from:
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and LPC Supervisors (LPC-S)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) and LMFT Supervisors (LMFT-S)
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and LCSW Supervisors (LCSW-S)
A note on associate and intern-level clinicians: At this time, we are not able to accept intern or associate-level clinicians who do not already have outside supervision in place. If you are under supervision elsewhere and interested in joining our team, we would still love to hear from you.
And we especially value connection, collaboration, and continued growth while bringing their own clinical strengths and areas of passion to the practice.
What We Offer
Insurance handled for you
Clinicians who join our team will choose whether to pursue insurance paneling or build a private-pay caseload. For those who panel, we'll handle credentialing, billing, and claims in-house, so you can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time doing the work you were trained to do: caring for clients.
A caseload you can sustain
We believe quality care requires balance. Caseloads are thoughtfully built to support strong clinical work while leaving space for documentation, consultation, and a fulfilling life outside of work.
