A 90-Second Hello
Who I am, how I work, and what walking into this practice actually feels like, so your first session never feels like meeting a stranger.
My Approach
I believe the best therapy starts with feeling truly known and understood. When you have space to explore your experiences with honesty and curiosity, meaningful growth becomes possible.
I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, and families, including those navigating separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics. Because every person has a different story, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Together, we'll find an approach that fits your personality, strengths, goals, and the season of life you're in.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Some sessions are spent processing life's hardest moments, while others focus on learning new skills, gaining perspective, celebrating progress, or even sharing a laugh. Depending on your age and goals, that might look like classic talk therapy. For my younger clients, it's sometimes a card game that's secretly teaching coping skills.
Whatever brings you in (an anxious kid, a strained relationship, a season that's just too much), we're always building toward something you can use: a tool, a plan, a next step. Some weeks that's a skill to practice; some weeks it's simply being heard. Both count.

How I Work
Your story is unique, and your therapy should be too. I tailor each session to your goals, strengths, and season of life.
My clinical work draws from:
Together, we'll find strategies that are practical, sustainable, and designed to support you long after therapy ends.
Faith & Values
My role isn't to tell you what your life should look like. It's to help you build a life that feels authentic and aligned with what matters most to you.
If faith is an important part of your life, I'm happy to incorporate it into therapy. If faith is not part of your life, that is welcome too. Therapy is guided by your goals, your values, and what matters most to you.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Born and raised in Leander, I'm grateful to now serve the community that shaped me. Outside the office, I enjoy discovering new restaurants with my husband, hiking with my dog, and attempting to keep my garden alive.
I believe life is meant to be enjoyed, and I bring that same spirit into the therapy room: a space that's genuine, encouraging, and rooted in hope.
